  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to form a crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually add sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour until smooth.
  8. Pour the filling over the crust.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes until edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  10. Allow to cool at room temperature.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For an extra creamy cheesecake, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before mixing. Use a water bath for even baking and avoid cracks.
