Ingredients
  

Main
  • 2 oz tequila preferably blanco
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Club soda to top
  • Salt for rimming (optional)
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  • Orange slices for garnish

Equipment

  • Measuring jigger
  • Two glasses

Method
 

  1. Rim the glass(es) by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping in salt, if using.
  2. Measure 2 oz of tequila using a jigger into a shaker.
  3. Add 1 oz each of fresh lime juice, fresh orange juice, and fresh grapefruit juice to the shaker.
  4. Pour in 1 oz of simple syrup into the shaker.
  5. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  6. Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses to avoid ice fragments.
  7. Top each glass with club soda for a refreshing fizz.
  8. Garnish with lime wedges and orange slices, then serve immediately.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours; stir before serving to restore flavor and mix carbonation.
