Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and measure them before starting.
  2. Add 1 cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce to a blender or food processor.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon onion powder to the blender.
  4. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth, about 1 minute.
  5. Taste the dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the dressing to a storage container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Serve the chipotle dressing over salads, bowls, or use as a dip for fries and fresh vegetables.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
