  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and have measuring tools ready.
  2. Juice the oranges into a measuring cup until you have 1/4 cup fresh orange juice.
  3. Measure and add 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice to the bowl or jar.
  4. Pour in 1/4 cup olive oil.
  5. Stir in 1 teaspoon honey until smooth.
  6. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  7. Whisk or shake vigorously until the vinaigrette is emulsified.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning by adding more honey or salt if desired.

Make this vinaigrette ahead of time and store it in the fridge for enhanced flavors.
