- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and light brown sugar, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbling, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the Graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.
- Pour the crumb mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it evenly and pack it down firmly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the hot base. Let sit for 2 minutes, then spread the softened chocolate with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the melted chocolate and gently press them down so they adhere.
