Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned brussel sprouts on the baking sheet in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure even browning.
  6. If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the sprouts during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  7. Remove the brussel sprouts from the oven once they are crispy and golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
