Ingredients
  

Main
  • 2 cups diced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced kiwi
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Equipment

  • Chopping board
  • Sharp knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula or spoon for mixing

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly.
  2. Remove the stems from the strawberries and chop into small pieces.
  3. Cut the pineapple into small cubes and add to mixing bowl.
  4. Peel and chop kiwi into small pieces.
  5. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes and add to the bowl.
  6. Finely chop red onion and mix into the fruit mixture.
  7. Add chopped mint leaves and lime juice to the bowl.
  8. If desired, drizzle honey over the salsa and gently mix.
  9. Let sit for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Serve immediately or chilled. Can sit for 10 minutes to enhance flavor.
