Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and parsley, mixing gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1.5 inches in diameter using your hands.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C) is reached.
- Remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving or storing.
- Serve the meatballs with your favorite sauce over pasta, in subs, or enjoy as an appetizer.
Notes
Don’t overmix the meatball mixture to keep them tender.
