Method
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove hot dogs from packaging and optionally cut 2-3 shallow slits in each to prevent bursting.
- Place hot dogs on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly charred.
- During the last minute of cooking, place buns cut-side down on the grill and toast until golden, about 1 minute.
- Remove hot dogs and buns from grill and transfer to serving plates.
- Place each hot dog into a toasted bun.
- Add desired toppings such as ketchup, mustard, onions, or relish.
- Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your creation.
