- Slice the meat thinly against the grain into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced beef with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic, mixing until evenly coated.
- Let the meat marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Prepare the coating by placing flour in one shallow dish and beaten eggs in another shallow dish.
- Dip each marinated meat slice into the beaten eggs, then dredge in flour to coat evenly.
- Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat (about 375°F) until shimmering.
- Fry the coated meat slices in batches for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the meat jun from the pan and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy exterior but avoid burning.
