  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the tilapia fillets to coat them thoroughly.
  5. Press each fillet into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides completely.
  6. Arrange the coated tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish is opaque and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra crispy finish, broil the tilapia for the last 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
