- Add the cooled shrimp to the brine and mix to ensure they are fully submerged.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
Notes
Let the shrimp pickle overnight for more intense flavor. Use fresh shrimp for best taste. Adjust spice level by varying red pepper flakes.
