  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecans optional

Method
 

  1. Place the pre-made graham cracker crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined, about 1 minute.
  4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip or whipped cream until no streaks remain.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Drizzle the chocolate syrup evenly over the filling.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set.
  8. Slice and serve, garnishing with extra Cool Whip or crushed pecans if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add an extra dollop of peanut butter on top before serving.
