  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound roast beef thinly sliced
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with butter to prevent sticking.
  3. Cut the slider buns in half without separating to create a top and bottom section.
  4. Evenly layer the thinly sliced roast beef over the bottom half of the buns.
  5. Place the provolone cheese slices over the roast beef layer.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Carefully pour the sauce mixture over the beef and cheese layers, allowing it to soak into the bread.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C).

Notes

For extra crispiness, uncover the sliders during the last 5 minutes of baking.
