- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the seasoned bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts to help the coating adhere.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure an even coating.
- Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, until the coating is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
- Check that the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 165°F (74°C) and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Don't skip the resting period; letting the chicken sit for a few minutes after baking helps seal in the juices.
