- Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin.
- Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to make the spice rub.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pork tenderloin and rub to coat evenly.
- Generously coat the tenderloin with the prepared spice rub, pressing to adhere.
- Place the seasoned tenderloin on the smoker grates and smoke for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes to retain juices.
- Slice the tenderloin and serve immediately.
