Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and measure accordingly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk to create the creamy base.

  4. Whisk thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
  5. Check the consistency; if too thick, add a little more buttermilk and whisk again.
  6. Stir in vinegar to add tanginess, blending well.
  7. Taste the dressing and adjust salt, pepper, or herbs if desired.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
