Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients on the countertop to ensure a smooth preparation process.
  2. Peel the ripe bananas and break them into smaller pieces.
  3. Place the banana pieces, milk, and vanilla extract into the blender.
  4. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste the banana milk and if desired, add honey or maple syrup, then blend for an additional 10 seconds.
  6. Pour the banana milk into serving glasses.
  7. If desired, add ice cubes to each glass.
  8. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few banana slices.

Notes

Store leftover banana milk in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one day. Shake well before serving.
