- Stir in 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken and 1 cup of corn kernels, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat.
- Season the soup with 1 teaspoon of paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in 1 cup of heavy cream, bringing the soup back to a gentle simmer.
- Let the soup simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until flavors meld.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
