- Brew 2 cups of strong coffee using your preferred method.
- In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons gelatin powder and 1/2 cup cold water; let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- In a medium saucepan, combine brewed coffee, 1/2 cup sugar, and a pinch of salt; heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes without boiling.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into molds or serving glasses, leaving space at the top for toppings if desired.
- Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the jelly is fully set.
- Run a knife along the edges of the molds to unmold the jelly and invert onto serving plates; serve chilled with whipped cream or toppings.
