- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Pro Tip: For softer cookies, remove them from the oven just before they appear fully done; they will continue cooking from residual heat.
