- Pat the minute steak dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides of the steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat (around 375°F) and add olive oil.
- Add minced garlic to the hot skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Place the seasoned steak in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, add butter to the pan and baste the steak with melted butter.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
- Slice the steak against the grain and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
