- Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (145°F internal temperature).
- Transfer the pork chops to a serving platter and let rest for 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and diced onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes until onions are translucent and mushrooms are browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, add dried thyme and Worcestershire sauce, then simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, spoon the creamy sauce over them, and heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
